Attorney Justin Daniel of Fairfax, VA; dimwitted slacker

The State of Virginia provided Justin Todd Daniel with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Catholic University School of Law. Justin also received a license to practice in DC in 2012.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly communicate with his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Justin practices his so-called brand of law Whitestone Brent Young & Merril PC at 10513 Judicial Drive in Arlington, Virginia.
