Attorney Peter Spindel of Miami, FL; ethical troll

The State of Florida provided Peter Spindel with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Erik guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected two bankruptcy matters
• Provided little-to-no services despite receiving a retainer fee
• Failed to adequately communicate with clients
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Divulged confidential client information
• Billed and/or collected an unreasonable fee for legal services

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Pete gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs of $1,250.00.   

As we speak, (ca. March 2023), Pete practices his so-called brand of law with Peter Spindel Esq. PA at 11527 SW 84^th Lane in Miami, Florida.
