Attorney Dana Reece of Little Rock, AR; ethical troll

The state of Arkansas provided Dana A. Reece with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Dana guilty of the following misconduct.

FYI: This isn’t Dana’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree.

She previously received six (6) complimentary cautions, and four (4) suspensions of her law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • Failure to comply with court order was a gross violation of the practice expected of counsel admitted to the federal court (Up yours, said Dana!)
  • Federal court ordered Dana to contact her client and provide the court with a copy of the client’s response
  • Dana did not provide the court with her client’s response
  • The federal court issued a show cause order to her directing her to appear in court
  • After the show cause hearing, the court ruled that Dana had failed to comply with its order
  • The federal court
  • Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dana by gifting her with a complimentary 2-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Dana practices her so-called brand of law at 196 Villas Heights in Little Rock, Arkansas.
