Judge Lyann Goudie of Tampa, FL; cheerleader for pedophiles

The state of Florida provided Lyann Goudie with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

In one matter, Judge Goudie presided over the case of attorney Chris Ragano who pled guilty to thirty-three (33) counts of possessing child pornography and one count of out-of-state transmission of child pornography by an electronic device.

The children depicted in the pornographic and erotica images on (Ragano’s) computer were listed as children under the age of ten (10).

In order to further establish her sympathy for convicted pedophiles, Judge Goudie sentenced Ragano to eight (8) years of probation on the possession charges and five years’ probation on the transmission charge, to be served at the same time.

Only a dyed-in-the-wool enabler for an admitted pedophile would sentence a disgusting pervert like Ragano to a term of probation.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Lyann continues to dispense her so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Hillsborough County Circuit Court judge in Tampa, Florida.
