Attorney Dominic Caruso of Clifton, NJ; thieving loser

The state of New Jersey presented Dominic Vincent Caruso with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dominic guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
  • Knowingly misappropriated (stole) client and escrow funds (thief)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Dominic fails to disclose the misconduct aforementioned on his self-serving website at www.dcarusolaw.com.  Apparently, Dominic chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients to assure he wouldn’t limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Dominic practices his so-called brand of law with the Law Office of Dominic V. Caruso at 1037 U.S. 46 in Clifton, New Jersey.
