Attorney Neil Spector of Chicago; ethical dwarf

The State of Illinois provided Neil Alan Spector with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Illinois School of Law.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Neil’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complementary censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

The Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to report MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) compliance
• Improperly represented numerous clients while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Johnny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of with Neil A. Spector Attorney at Law at 747 North La Salle Street in Chicago, Illinois.
