Attorney Bruce Cutler of New York City; ethical goblin

The state of New York presented Bruce Cutler with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the Brooklyn School of Law.

The Appellate Division, First Department Disciplinary Committee found Bruce guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Found guilty of criminal contempt in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York
• The contempt was based on his willful violation of orders of United States District Judge I. Leo Glasser
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the First Department Disciplinary Committee punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2022), Bruce practices his so-called brand of law with Cutler & Parlatore PLLC at 994 Madison Avenue in New York, New York.
