Solicitor Robert Kerr of Scotland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Robert Judge Peter Kerr with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in professional misconduct
  • After he made a conduct complaint against a fellow solicitor, Bobby repeatedly failed or delayed to respond to the reasonable requests of the Complainers for information and documentation relating to his complaint
  • Bobby’s failure to respond to the complainers hindered and delayed the determination of the complaint which was under investigation for a period of over one year

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure and imposed a fine of £3,000.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Bobby practices his so-called brand of law with The Robert Kerr Partnership Limited at 28 Moss Street in Paisley, Scotland.
