Attorney John Green of Ponca City, OK; moronic slacker

The state of Oklahoma provided John Thomas Green with a law license in 2016 after he graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.  

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Johnny’s failure to appear at court-scheduled hearing led to a default judgement being entered against the client
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted, or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and assessed investigative costs of $1,881.70.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law in Ponca City, Oklahoma.
