Attorney Russell Allen of Montpelier, VA; slacker, loser

The State of Virginia provided Russell Nardy Allen with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly communicate with his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Russ practices his so-called brand of law at 16319 Bent Barrel Road in Montpelier, Virginia.
