Solicitor Ian Donaldson of Scotland; moronic slacker

The Law Society presented Ian William Donaldson with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Law.

The Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal found Ian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in professional misconduct
• Failed to act with competence (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act in a manner consistent with persons having mutual trust and confidence in each other

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Discipline Tribunal punished Ian by gifting him with a complimentary censure and imposed a fine of £3,000.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Ian practices his so-called brand of law with Gorrie & Davidson at 26 Viewfield Terrace in Dunfermline, Scotland.
