Attorney S. Michele Blanchard-Airey of Slidell, LA; ethical elf

The state of Louisiana presented S. Michele Blanchard-Airey with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Michele guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Commingled client funds
  • Failed to comply with applicable trust account rules

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Michele by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Michele.

FYI: As one would suspect, Michele fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.aireyblanchard.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that she would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Michele practices her so-called brand of law at 2229 Sargeant Alfred Drive in Slidell, Louisiana.
