Attorney Ronald Davis Jr. of Little Rock, AR; slacker, serial offender

The state of North Arkansas provided Ronald Laval Davis Jr. with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

FYI: This isn’t Ronnie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two complimentary admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• Failed to timely file client’s appeal before the Supreme Court pursuant to court rules
• Failed to file client brief despite obtaining at least four (4) extensions of time by the Supreme Court
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and fined him $1,000.00.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Ronnie practices his so-called brand of law with Ronald L. Davis Jr. & Associates PLLC at 323 Center Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
