Barrister Justin Harder of New Zealand; ethical goblin

The Law Society of New Zealand presented Justin Christopher Harder with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Auckland Law School. 

The New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal found Justin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a deliberate decision to abuse his privilege as a lawyer
• There was a serious departure from the standards expected of members of the profession
• Justin’s conduct was a “clear misuse of privilege and power

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal punished Justin by gifting him with a complimentary censure and ordered to pay investigative costs of $28,128.90.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Justin practices his so-called brand of law at 7140 Wellesley Street , Auckland, New Zealand.
