Attorney Daniel Gordy of Seattle, WA; slacker, loser

The state of Washington provided Daniel C. Gordy with a law license in 989 after she graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain checkbook registers for clients
• Failed to promptly pay trust finds to clients or thirds persons entitled to receive them
• Failed to complete service on a party in a lawsuit
• Failed to meet court deadlines
• Failed to respond to court notices of lapses
• Faield to appear on scheduled trial date
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to maintain required trust account records

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Washington Supreme Court punished Anne by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
