Attorney Richard Bonner of Jamaica; ethical troll

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Richard D. Bonner with a law license in 1984.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Acted with inexcusable or deplorable negligence or neglect
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Dick practices his so-called brand of law in Kingston, Jamaica.
