Attorney Candace Hayward-Hoke of Shoreline, WA; ethical elf

The state of California presented Candace D. Hayward-Hoke with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from Marquette University School of law.

The State Bar Court found Candy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Improperly shared legal fees with non-lawyers
• Aided non-lawyers in the illegal practice of law
• Committed multiple acts of wrongdoing

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Candy by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Candy practices her so-called brand of law at 5043 Densmore Avenue North in Shoreline, Washington.
