Attorney Richard Billin of Medford, OR; ethical dwarf

The State of Oregon presented Richard Billin with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to client informed of status of matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain matter to extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Dick practices his so-called brand of law with Richard Billin Attorney at Law at 812 Bennett Avenue in Medford, Oregon.
