Attorney Stephen Morley of North Little Rock, AR; slacker, repeater

The state of Arkansas provided Stephen Ewing Morley with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

FYI: This isn’t Stevie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one complimentary suspensions of his law license and one caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to the client reasonably informed about the status of the matter
  • Failed to comply with client information requests
  • Failed to file notice of appeal on client’s behalf after client advised Josh he wanted to do so

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 42-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Stevie practices his so-called brand of law at 315 North Broadway in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
