Attorney Jonathan Chase of Philadelphia; idiotic slacker

The state of Pennsylvania provided Jonathan Warren Chase with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to consult with client as to means to accomplish client objectives
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to inform his client of any decision or circumstance with respect to the client’s informed consent
• Failed to abide by his client’s decisions concerning objectives of the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.    

As we speak (ca. July 2023), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law at 1515 Market Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
