Judge Edward McDonough of Holyoke, MA; lying loser

The state of Massachusetts provided Edward McDonough with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Law.

FYI:Former Gov. Charles Baker appointed Eddy as a Superior Court judge in 2017. Billy didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Massachuetts Judicial Commissionhas found Eddy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to follow complete plea colloquy procedures as required by law for guilty pleas and admissions to sufficient facts by criminal defendants
• Signed an affidavit on June 16, 2000, which inaccurately described his plea colloquy practice as of 1994 (aka, perjury)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, because Judicial Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Eddy was never criminally charged with filing a false affidavit (perjury).

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Eddy practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a Judge of the Holyoke District Court in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
