Judge Oralia Morales of Falfurrias, TX;imbecilic slacker

The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Oralia guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law (scofflaw)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain professional competence in the law (imbecile)
• Failed to be patient, dignified and courteious towards litigants appearing before her
• Faailed to accord party right to be heard according to law (aka, due process)
• Failed to provide party with a requested pretrial hearing
• Failed to timely dispose of court business
• Enagged in willful and persistent conduct that cast public discredit on the judiciary
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Oralia by gifting her with a complimentary public warning.

It is rumored that a “public warning” from the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court can be quite painful and/or injurious to one’s derriere.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Oralia continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2, Falfurrias in Brooks County, Texas.
