Attorney Tara Jack of Pawhuska, OK; ethical dwarf

The state of Oklahoma provided Tara K. Jack with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.  

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Tara guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Allowed non-attorney to engage in illegal practice of law
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Tara by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Tara practices her so-called brand of law at 628 1/2 Kihekah Ave in Pawhuska, Oklahoma.
