Attorney Kendra Daishon of Oklahoma City; convicted tax evader

The state of Oklahoma provided Kendra Daishon Coleman with a law license in 2010 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Kendra guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty of failing to file an income tax return
  • Charged with intentional failure to file a state income tax return with intent to evade payment of state income taxes, a felony
  • Subsequently, the charges were reduced to one misdemeanor charge of Failure to File a Tax Return
  • The Tax Commission noted that Kendra shad an outstanding joint tax liability of over ten thousand dollars which he remained jointly liable for from tax years 2015 and 2016

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Kendra by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and assessed investigative costs of $2,157.95.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Kendra practices her so-called brand of law at 5915 NE 63rd Street in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
