Attorney Eduardo Facha of Mexico; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Eduardo Garcia Facha with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Fordham University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Eddie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of $375 (a measly $187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary 95-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Eddie practices his so-called brand of law with Lopez Melih Facha Estrada SC at Paseo De La Reforma, Lomas De Chapultepec, 11000 Mexico D.F, Mexico.
