Attorney Xuejun Xie of Beijing, China; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Xuejun Xie with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Harvard University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Xie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of $375 (a measly $187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Xie by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Lu practices his so-called brand of law at Jian Gao Men Bei Avenue in Beijing, Peoples Republic of China.
