Attorney Michael Tsai of Taichung China; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Michael Min-Shian Tsai with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from California Western University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of $375 ($187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2023), Mikey practices his so-called brand of law at 1-67 Wu-Chuan Road in Taiwan, Taichung, Republic of China.
