Attorney Belen Molins of Mexico; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Rogelio Lopez-Velarde with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Georgetown University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Belen guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of $375 (a measly $187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Belen by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Belen practices his so-called brand of law with Galicia Abogados SC at Lomas De Chapultepec in Mexico City, Mexico.
