Attorney Yon Oh of Korea; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Yon Kyun Oh with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Seoul National University School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Yon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of ($375 a measly $187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Yon by gifting him with a complimentary 4-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Yon practices his so-called brand of law with the Kim & Chang Law Offices at 223 Naeja-Dong Chongro-Ku in Seoul, Korea.
