Attorney Oleg Berger of Russia; deadbeat loser

The state of New York presented Oleg Berger with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law.

The First Department Grievance Committee found Oleg guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with mandatory biennial attorney registration
• Failed to pay biennial attorney registration fee of ($375 a measly $187.50 a year)
• Eddy failed to pay register and pay the mandatory fee even after he was notified and given an opportunity to cure his default

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Oleg by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Oleg practices his so-called brand of law with Morgan Lewis at Tsvetnoy Bulvar 2 in Moscow, Russia.
