Attorney Timothy Dack of Vancouver, WA; slacker  

The state of Washington provided Timothy James Dackwith a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Timmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Faled to safeguard client funds
• Failed to deposit the client’s advance fees into a trust account
• Failed to take steps to investigate and challenge the opposing party’s calculation of damages in a timely manner
• Failed to respond to a motion for summary judgment on client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Washington Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Timmy practices his so-called brand of law in Vancouver, Washington.
