Attorney Garth Dano of Moses Lake, WA; bigoted loser

The state of Washington provided Garth Louis Danowith a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Garth guilty of engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was employed as the Grant County Prosecutor.

• Engaged in conduct that was a discriminatory act prohibited by state law
• Engaged prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct that a reasonable person would interpret as manifesting prejudice or bias on the basis of race and national origin

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Washington Supreme Court punished Garth by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2023), Garth practices his so-called brand of law at 100 East Broadway in Moses Lake, Washington.
