U.S. Circuit Judge James Ho of New Orleans, LA; pompous loser

The state of Texas provided James Ho with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law.

FYI: Ho was nominated to the bench by former disgraced and twice impeached President Donald “Trumporleone” Trump in 2017. Donnie didn’t nominate Ho because he was the most qualified attorney in Texas to sit on the court. He nominated him because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for right wing screwballs Reps. Marjorie Taylor Green and Jim “Gymmy” Jordan.

• Pompous Ho announced in prepared remarks that he would “no longer hire clerks from Yale Law School” because of the school’s poor treatment of conservative students and disruption of conservative speakers.
• Urged other judges to “join him as well,” in the hope that “thousands” of prospective students might be discouraged from even applying to Yale.
• Ho stated his boycott would continue until the school “restore[s] order” (nobody knows what the hell “order” the Ho is speaking of
• Stated: “Yale not only tolerates the cancellation of views — it practices it.”

Ho’s violation of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges is as follows.

• Canon 3B (3), which applies specifically to law clerks, a judge must “exercise the power of appointment fairly and only on the basis of merit.”
• Canon 2B provides that a judge must not “lend the prestige of the judicial office to advance the private interests of the judge.”

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Ho practices his so-called idea of jurisprudence as a 5^th Circuit Court of Appeals judge in New Orleans, Louisiana.
