Attorney Jeffrey Graham of Little Rock, AR; ethical troll

The state of Arkansas provided Jeffrey M. Graham with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

FYI: This isn’t Jeff’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one complimentary reprimand and one complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

• Made improper advances to his clients
• Engaged in misconduct involving his ILOTA client trust account
• Made twenty-five (25) advances to clients totaling about $56,715 over a two-year period
• Improperly deposited a total of $16,250 of personal funds into his IOLTA account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Jeff practices his so-called brand of law at 905 La Harpe Blvd in Little Rock, Arkansas.
