Attorney S.W. Dawson of Norfolk, VA; moronic slacker

The State of Virginia provided S.W. Dawson with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Catholic University School of Law. Justin also received a license to practice in DC in 2012.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found SW guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly communicate with his clients
• Charged and/or collected an excessive and/or illegal fee (cheater)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished SW by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. January 2023), SW practices his so-called brand of law with Dawson PLC in Norfolk, Virginia.
