Justice Elizabeth Gwaunza of Zimbabwe; ethical troll

The state of West Pennsylvania presented Elizabeth Gwaunza with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Zimbabwe School of Law.

Women’s Comfort Corner founder Rita Mbatha has filed an ethics complaint against Liz alleging that she engaged in the following misconduct from a case where Mbatha was having a lease agreement dispute.

• Unlawfully altered of the transcript of proceedings
• Proceeded with hearing the case despite indications by Mbatha that she was not feeling well and could not attend court
• Despite Mbatha’s inability to attend the hearing, Liz issued a ruling in the matter
• Liz abused her judicial power
• Liz unlawfully altered the transcript to prejudice me irremediably
• Liz’s unlawful corrections noted at the Supreme Court in the file under file No SC 443/21 are evidence of blatant illegality

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Liz by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Service Commission.

As we speak (ca. February 2023), Liz continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as Chief Justice of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
