Attorney Erik Wesoloski of Miami, FL; ethical gremlin

The State of Florida provided Erik David Wesoloski with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Erik guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to maintain electronic evidence substantial to litigation
  • Produced incomplete documents involving ongoing litigation
  • Opposed further efforts to obtain full disclosure of electronic data
  • Failed to act fairly to opposing parties and counsel
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Erik admits that his affidavit caused the parties and the court to incur unnecessary time and expense

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Erik by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license and was assessed investigative costs of $1,250.00.

As we speak, (ca. March 2023), Erik practices his so-called brand of law with Wesoloski Carlson PA at 848 Brickell Avenue in Miami, Florida.
