Attorney Falvio Van Boekel of East Hanover, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Falvio B. Van Boekel with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the Michigan State University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Falvio guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed about the status of a matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
• Failed to explain the matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions about the representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Falvio by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Falvio fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.vanboekellaw.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2023), Falvio practices his so-called brand of law with the Van Boekel Law Firm at 100 Eagle Rock Avenue in East Hanover, New Jersey.
