Solicitor Tan Teik Yu Mark of Singapore; ethical troll

The Law Society of Singapore presented Tan Teik Yu Markwith a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Cambridge University School of Law.

The Singapore Disciplinary Tribunal found Huang guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to, and was convicted of five charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act The Respondent was
• Sentenced to imprisonment for a total of 21 months
• Tan was in possession of a Class C Controlled Drug nimetazepam
• Tan was in possession of a Class A Controlled Drug methamphetamine
• Tab had in his possession tensile intended for consumption of a Controlled Drug, i.e. one glass tube, two improvised glass apparatus, two glass apparatus, one rubber tube and four colored straws

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Three Judges of the Republic of Singapore punished Tan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and assessed costs of $5,000.00. 

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Tan continues to practice his so-called version of the law in Singapore.
