Attorney Kevin Mosley of Washington, DC; slacker, loser

The District of Columbia Bar presented Kevin Louis Mosley with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Mark also received a license to practice in Maryland in 2002.

The DC Bar Counsel found Kevin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Took no action on his client’s behalf

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Kevin practices his so-called brand of law at 400 7th Street NW in Washington, DC.
