Former Judge Simon Milazzo of South Australia; pervert

The Judicial Conduct Commission found Simon guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
-
Engaged in inappropriate conduct with sexual connotations in relation to four women
-
Has demonstrated limited insight into the inappropriateness of his behavior
-
Simon engaged in the sexual misbehavior for about eight years
-
Engaged in bullying, harassment, and discrimination of court employees
-
One of Simon’s victims said he questioned whether her partner “fulfilled” her and made comments alluding to “how much he would like to have a relationship” with her
-
Another victim claimed that Simon made her feel like a “sexual object” after he made repeated “inherently sexual” and “deeply uncomfortable” remarks to her at a work dinner and during office hours
As a direct consequence of his egregious misconduct, Simon was tossed off the bench pursuant to an order by Attorney-General Kyam Maher.
As we speak (ca. December 2022), it is rumored that Simon has applied for a job as a janitor at the K-Mart Store at 216 Pulteney in Adelaide, South Australia.
