Attorney Haim Habib of Guam; ethical troll

The Guam Bar Ethics Committee found Haim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Represented clients with conflicting interests

Represented a corporation and shareholders of said corporation at the same time

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Supreme Court of Guam punished Haim by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

• Engaged in disruptive conduct during a trial
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Misconduct took place involving an Unlawful Detainer case presided over by Superior Court Judge Francis Tydingeo-Gatewood

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Supreme Court of Guam punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and ordered he pay $1,500.00 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Haim practices his so-called brand of law at 302 Gmp Blvd in Agava, Guam.
