Judge Carley Windorff of Kaukauna, WI; nepotism afficianado

The state of Wisconsin presented Carley N. Windorff with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from California Northern University School of Law.

The city of Kaukauna referred Judge Windorff to the Wisconsin Judicial Commission to review her conduct regarding the following allegations of misconduct.

• Carley appointed her sister to fill the municipal court clerk position without letting the Human Resources Director know it was an immediate family member
• The sister’s appointment violates the Wisconsin Supreme Court Code of Judicial Conduct
• Subsequently, Carly posted to Facebook comments the city claims contained “explicit language that demeans and disparages authority, the judiciary, law enforcement, and government, and undermines public confidence that Carley may be an impartial jurist”

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Carley by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Carley continues to dispense her so-called idea of jurisprudence as a part-time Kaukauna Municipal Court judge in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

To supplement her judicial income, Carley practices her so-called brand of law with Windorff Law LLC in Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Carley fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.windorfflaw.com. Apparently, she decided to conceal this highly relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.
