Attorney Christopher Roberts of Kingston, TN; slacker, loser

The state of Tennessee presented Christopher Shawn Roberts with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Lincoln Memorial University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Chris guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Effectively abandoned representation of his client
• Failed to keep clients updated on status of their bankruptcy case
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Chris practices his so-called brand of law in Kingston, Tennessee.
