The state of Texas provided Morgan Daniel Meyer with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from William & Lee University School of Law.
FYI: Morgan is another in a long list of loser attorneys that decided to go into politics after learning how difficult it was to earn a dishonest living practicing law after he graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 1977.
