Attorney Joshua London of Minneapolis; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented Joshua Seth London with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Josh guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statements to a prosecutor
• Instructed his paralegal to file request for a continuance with a court that included multiple knowingly false statements
• Failed to appear in two criminal matters on behalf of his clients
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly made false statements to a trial court judge

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Josh by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license and assessed $900 in investigative costs.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Josh fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.londondefense.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Josh practices his so-called brand of law with London Defense PLLC at 3201 Hennepin Avenue South in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
