Attorney Jeffrey Upin of Edina, MN; thieving loser

The state of Minnesota presented Jeffrey Upin with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Misappropriated (stole) $40,000 client funds in two transactions, 5 days apart
• Jeff’s misconduct was extremely serious
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license and assessed $900 in investigative costs.

As we speak (ca. December 2022), Jeff practices his so-called brand of law with at5317 Ayrshire Blvd in Edina, Minnesota.
