Attorney Craig Coyner III of Bend, OR; ethical troll

The State of Oregon presented Craig C. Coyner III with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a legal matter entrusted to him
• Improperly withdrew from representation of a client
• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to keep client advised of status of matter
• Failed to notify his client or the court he was withdrawing from representation regarding a juvenile dependency matter
• Failed to appear for court-ordered hearing on juvenile dependency proceeding on behalf of his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November2022), Craig practices his brand of law at 115 NW Oregon Avenue in Bend, Oregon.
