Judge Linda Kirby of Wichita, KS; ignoramus, slacker

The state of Kansas provided Linda Diana Kirby with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

The Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Linda guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

• Failed to perform judicial/administrative duties competently (ignoramus)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to complete judicial duties assigned to her
• Failed to hear and decide matters that came before her

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the comedians sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Linda by issuing her a cease-and-desist order.

In truth the comedians on the Conduct Commission didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Linda.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Linda practices his so-called brand of jurisprudence as a District Judge in the 18^th District in Wichita, Kansas.
