Attorney Virgil Dugger of Happy Valley, OR; lying loser

The State of Oregon presented Virgil E. Dugger with a law license in 1962 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Eric guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in improper ex parte (one-sided) communications
• Made misrepresentations to two different judges in two different proceedings.
• Communicated with the circuit court concerning the merits of a cause in writing without promptly delivering a copy of the writing to opposing counsel

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Virgil’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 63-day suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Virgil by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2022), Virgil practices his brand of law at 12570 SE Callahan Road in Happy Valley, Oregon.
